Spalted Maple Orifice Hook

From the workshop of The Spanish Peacock. Note this orifice hook was turned by the Shop Rat under Mike's watchful eye, not by Mike himself.

Orifice hook with a 4" long spalted maple handle. The flexible and bendable coated wire loop has been tested for fit in a variety of flyers, even on antique wheels. This threader can also be used for other purposes such as warping rigid heddles and dressing dizzes.
