Shipping Methods

We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail to ship domestic orders. International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International.

For orders shipped USPS First Class Package or Priority, a tracking number will be emailed to you. For flat rate envelopes, unfortunately tracking is not available.

Please bear in mind it may take up to a day for a tracking number to appear in the USPS system.

We currently do not offer local delivery or pickup.

Processing Times

Most items in our store will ship in one to two business days after an order is placed.  Orders requiring custom engraving, or other made to order products such as tee shirts, may take slightly longer. 

Delivery Times

Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery time. Please visit USPS.com for service alerts.

Shipping Frequency

We ship orders three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday. 

Returned Orders

When checking out, please ensure your address is correct. Many web browsers offer an autofill feature which may have missing or incorrect data. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be expected to pay the postage to reship the order to a correct address.
